How to use your support ticket system:
In your clients area you will see a box named Tickets.
Click on it and it will take you to your support ticket area.
On the left side will be all your tickets listed.(Under View).
This is helpfull if you wish to review them.
Even closed tickets can be viewed and reopened.
All you need to reopen a closed ticket is to reply to it.
Under the support box you can open a new ticket by clicking on open ticket.
